Trainer Led Boxing Classes:
10-15 minutes warm up (light cardio, treadmill, bicycle, agility ladder, etc)
15 minutes boxing drills technique (focus mitts, offense and defense drills)
15 minute heavy bags (3 three minute rounds)
10 minutes of body weight exercises (Squats, burpees, pushups, core work)
Use the Heavy Bags, Speed Bags, Double End Bags, Flip Tires, Battle Ropes to stay in shape.
